This session is geared towards high school seniors who are applying to college.
By managing the complexities of the application process, we can reduce the stress on both students and their families, allowing students to focus on their studies and extracurricular activities.
- Help students identify their academic and extracurricular strengths, interests, and goals, guiding them toward colleges that best fit their profiles.
- Assist in narrowing down a list of colleges, considering various factors.
- Help decide which schools to apply to under Early Decision, Early Action, or Regular Decision, based on the student’s profile and preferences.
- Assist in brainstorming and refining personal statements and supplemental essays, ensuring that the student’s unique voice and story are effectively communicated.
- Plan & assist in applying to common app and individual college applications.
- Assist in highlighting extracurricular activities and leadership roles.
- Review the entire application, providing feedback on how to present the student’s accomplishments and experiences in the best possible light.
- Help students choose appropriate teachers or mentors to write recommendation letters.
- Provide ongoing support, check in regularly, and be available to answer questions or offer reassurance.
Fifteen 2-hour sessions with the student are recommended.
Cost: $2500 + taxes
